Упаковка слоеного теста, сыр, салями – для вкусных рогаликов с начинкой а-ля пицца больше ничего не нужно. Готовится быстро, получается очень аппетитно и замечательно вкусно! Такие рогалики – прекрасный вариант для перекуса или пикника.
Это – основной и очень простой рецепт. Можно изменить начинку по любому вкусу и в зависимости от продуктов в холодильнике – добавить помидоры, вяленные в масле, вместо салями – кусочки готовой курицы (индейки, мяса), рикотту заменить сулугуни, адыгейским сыром или небольшим количеством томатного соуса (кетчупа). Варианты начинки зависят от Вашего вкуса и продуктов в холодильнике.
Для меня такие рогалики стали одним из любимых рецептов, если нужно быстро и вкусно накормить семью или приготовить что-нибудь вкусненькое для перекуса.
Состав:
– 2 упаковки слоеного теста
– 125 гр моцареллы
– 150 гр рикотты
– 60 гр салями, нарезанной кубиками
– орегано
– базилик
– 2 ст.л. натертого пармезана
– соль
– 1 яйцо
– молоко
Приготовление:
Разогреть духовку до 200С.
Натереть моцареллу на крупной терке, переложить в миску. Добавить рикотту, посыпать орегано и базиликом, пармезан, салями и хорошо перемешать.
Раскатать тесто и нарезать треугольниками – широкая сторона – 13 см, боковые стороны – 11 см, положить начинку на длинную сторону, завернуть рогалики, смазать яйцом с молоком и переложить на противень, выстеленный пекарской бумагой.
Поставить противень в духовку и выпекать 17 – 18 минут до золотистой корочки.
